The casino offers a cozy vibe with great prices on games. The pool hours are frustrating; it's only open from 9 AM to 6 PM, which isn’t ideal in the heat. Bartenders are friendly. Noise from Fremont Street can keep you up late. Room was clean and comfortable but had no fridge.

Room was clean and spacious. The casino atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Nighttime noise from Fremont Street was disruptive, making it hard to sleep.

The room was never cleaned, and despite the service fee, we waited ages for basic requests like water. Plus, there was no fridge, making it tough to keep snacks cool in the heat.

I loved the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino for its fantastic location just a block from the lively Fremont Street experience. The staff, especially April, were incredibly accommodating, promptly moving me to a better room.

The room was spacious and the bed felt like clouds—pure bliss! I loved the clean and inviting vibe throughout the hotel. Plus, the casino had lower minimums, making it super fun to try my luck without breaking the bank!
Can just recommend ❤️✨

The hotel’s location was perfect—just a block from the lively Fremont Street, making it easy to escape the madness. The on-site restaurants served excellent food, and the pool area looked inviting, though we didn’t get to use it. Some staff were friendly, but a few were surprisingly rude, which was disappointing. The room felt a bit cramped and lacked a fridge, and the loud air conditioning was bothersome at night. A single functioning elevator meant long waits. Still, the overall vibe and value made it a worthwhile stay, though I might explore other options next time.

The staff are friendly and quick to help. The valet service is smooth and the parking garage is well lit.
The cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms need work.

The hotel has a great pool and lots of activities around. The restaurant downstairs serves tasty food that everyone can enjoy.
Prices were a bit on the high side, but it's still acceptable.

I loved being just a block away from the vibrant Fremont Street where there’s always something happening, like the July 4th celebrations, making it perfect for weekend strolls; plus it’s convenient to various restaurants and attractions such as the Mob Museum and the Neon Museum all within a short walk, so I never needed to Uber much during my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and featured friendly staff, but the noise from Fremont Street was sometimes audible even on the higher floors.

I loved how easy it was to stroll over to Fremont Street, just a few minutes away, where I soaked in the vibrant atmosphere and enjoyed plenty of entertainment options like the Fremont Street Experience and the Discovery Children's Museum, not to mention the amazing food choices like Nacho Daddy and Heart Attack Grill around the corner;

The location was perfect, right beside a museum and a short walk to bus stops. The beds were huge and super comfy too, making our nights cozy and pleasant.
The lack of hanging space in the room was frustrating, not enough cups for three people, and only minimal toiletries provided. The service felt lacking, with room cleaning and water bottles requiring constant requests.

The room was pretty and clean. the beds were not comfortable at all, making for a less restful sleep. Temperature control worked well, keeping the space comfortable. Noise levels were tolerable, but walking through the bustling casino every time to access the elevators was inconvenient. The small trash cans overflowed quickly, which was frustrating since cleaning staff never came in to empty them. A mini fridge would have added extra convenience. with adjustments like better beds and consistent housekeeping, the experience could significantly improve.

Located ideally for Fremont Street. Safe for solo travelers. Free covered parking is a plus. Day pass for the Deuce bus was only $8—convenient. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but expect noise. Concerts go until 1 A.M., making sleep difficult. Request a quieter room if needed. Limited dining options on-site; prepare to buy water and snacks off the strip. Staff is friendly and responsive, especially during plumbing issues. The ice machine was unreliable. Some areas outside the hotel could improve—trash and noise were noticeable. Not the place for a family stay. For a good time with live music, this is a solid choice. Just manage your expectations.

The event spaces were stunning, making our gathering unforgettable. The pet-friendly features were fantastic for our pup.
My kids wished for a bigger playground for children.

It was lit! The pet-friendly vibe and the event spaces made our trip epic!
Wish the hotel had a cool nightclub for us to party the night away.

Excellent service and welcoming staff, new sports book space, great $2 hot dog/beer deal, nice rooms, good food and coffee at the Commissary, away from Fremont St. craziness, very good casino cocktail service.
Felt very well, no complaints.

I really appreciated the comfortable bed and linens in the King Suite. The room was clean, modern, and had all the amenities one would expect, like a flat-screen TV and an AM/FM alarm clock. there were definitely a few areas that could use some improvement. the noise levels from outside were quite bothersome. The pool party and Fremont Street Experience music kept me up until the wee hours of the morning, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. the hotel's interior could use a makeover as it felt a bit outdated. One thing that irked me was the impractical design of the wardrobe. It was quite dark inside, and the unnecessary lower piece ended up giving me a nasty cut on my head while trying to access the safe. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the experience a bit more pleasant. And the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like the Mob Museum and Neon Museum.

we stayed at downtown grand hotel & casino for the lovers and friends festival and it was a great choice. we asked for a quiet room and got an internal facing one in the gallery tower, so the noise from fremont street didn't bother us. the room was spacious, clean, and had good lighting. the staff were really friendly and the location was ideal for exploring downtown and easy access to the main interstate. overall, a good value for a short stay in Vegas.
No issues 🙂

My recent stay was fantastic! The upgraded tower room was a real treat, with a lovely view and a peaceful atmosphere on the second floor. The gym area and pool music were a great vibe, adding to the overall experience. Being centrally located, it was easy to stroll to Fremont Street for some fun adventures, and the cleanliness of the facilities was top-notch.
There were a few hiccups like the lack of ice on the floor and the absence of a fridge in the room, leading to some snacks going to waste. The distance from the room to the parking lot was quite a trek, and the outside area had some shady characters asking for handouts.

Neon cityscape vibes, quirky hotel design, and nice staff. Enjoyed the pool scene and nearby attractions. Casino games were a blast! Birthday vibes were strong here.
Loved the parking hide and seek with valet, creating a thrilling What did they do in my car? game! .

The dog-friendly policy made my stay enjoyable, and the coffee shop near the lobby was excellent and affordable. I had a good experience at the Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino, and the pool deck was a great addition. I'll recommend this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was incredible! The location couldn't be better - just a block away from the main stage on Fremont Street, with all the attractions and excitement of downtown right at my doorstep. The pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing oasis to relax and soak up the Vegas sun. The casino was the perfect size, offering a great gaming experience without feeling overcrowded. The hotel room was excellent, clean, and comfortable, and the daily drink specials at the bar were a nice touch. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel right at home.
The issue with my credit card. They held more than $500 even though I planned to pay in cash, and the front desk refused to release the hold.

super clean rooms - perfect location right in the heart of downtown - easy access to fremont street, and deuce bus to the strip. great service - friendly staff brought us extra towels and a wine opener, and the casino offered free mimosas.
Would definitely recommend.
